TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Available on all membership types (Home, VIP, Dual Brand, etc).• The payment made is equivalent to the 12-month membership fee for the first family member, and 50% of the same membership for all subsequent family members. All family members must pay upfront to qualify for the discounts of each family add on.• All family members must be on the exact same membership type.• Family Add On memberships will automatically renew on a month by month rate at the end of the term at a 25% discount on the prevailing rate, unless all family members pay the upfront membership fee for another 12-month term - 100% of the then prevailing rate for the first family member, and 50% of the same prevailing rate for all family add on members.• Time freeze cannot be applied within the commitment term, unless during government mandated closure.• Applicable to direct family members only (father, mother, children, &/or siblings). A valid government ID is required as proof of relationship.• Membership is non-transferrable within the 12-month term.• Referral rewards and other discounts are not applicable to Family Add On. • No limit on the number of family members that can be signed up for a discounted membership. • Promo until August 31, 2021 only.

Who can I enroll as add-on?

An existing member can enroll his/ her direct family members – father, mother, children and/ or siblings. A valid government ID must be presented upon sign up as proof of relationship.
How do I enroll my family member/s?

Sign up via the link above so we can process their membership. An invoice will be sent and must be paid via credit or debit card so we can complete their enrollment.
What is the term of payment for my family members?

Payment must be made upfront to qualify for the family add on discount.
Is there a limit on the number of family members I can enroll for a membership?

You can sign up as many family members as you want given they are direct family members and you pay the fees upfront.
What happens after their 12-month commitment term ends, are they charged the regular monthly rate?

Family members whose contracts end after 12 months will automatically renew month by month with an exclusive 25% discount on current list prices, unless family members pay upfront membership fee for another 12 months - first family member pays 100% of the then prevailing rate, and 50% of the same prevailing rate for other family add on members.
