  • DO I HAVE TO BE A CELEBRITY FITNESS MEMBER TO BE ABLE TO JOIN?

    Good news, Virtual Studio Live is now open for members and non-members! Different subscription rates apply.

  • HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE AND HOW MUCH IS THE MONTHLY FEE?

    Fill out the form above with your complete details so we can process your subscription request. Members will be charged P600 a month for access, which is equivalent to the freeze fee, while our introductory rate for non-members is P990 a month.

  • HOW MANY CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE?

    We currently have up to 30 classes a week on our timetable. Your subscription allows you unlimited access to all these classes.

  • WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES ARE OFFERED?

    Our timetable offers a variety of Signature and Les Mills classes, ranging from Dance, HIIT, Yoga and more. You'll also get a chance to try our sister brand's signature classes when you sign up.

  • HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

    Visit the Virtual Studio Booking page (link will be sent to you via email) to choose and book your preferred class. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link after you've completed the registration.

     

    Please take note that the registration for the class closes two hours before its scheduled start.

  • I'M HAVING DIFFICULTIES SIGNING UP THROUGH EVENTBRITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    For first time participants, you would first need to register for an Eventbrite account before you can book a class. Please download this  step-by-step guide to help you set up your account. Once registration is completed, you may book all your classes using the same account.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR THESE CLASSES?

    Please download Zoom as classes will be streamed via this platform. Most classes are non-equipment based, however for equipment-based classes, we will be suggesting alternatives for equipment and you will be informed in advance on what to prepare.

  • WHAT WILL BE THE PAYMENT OPTION/s?

    For our Celebrity Fitness members, the fee will be auto-debited from the debit or credit card you've provided.

    However for non-members, we will be sending an invoice via your registered email address. You need to settle this via debit or credit card within 5 days so we can process your subscription request.

  • WHO DO I CONTACT IN CASE I NEED ANY ASSISTANCE?

  • Can I apply the remaining Virtual Studio subscription fees to my monthly dues when your clubs reopen?
    If you decide to reactivate your membership once we resume our club operations, your remaining Virtual Studio fees can be applied to your monthly membership dues. Please submit a request via email so we can process the reactivation and adjustments.
